This information is very unsettling indeed. These technologies are certainly already in the wrong hands. This reminds me of the line from that Timbuktu song , "The future's looking bright, i gotta wear shades..", but instead of nuclear war that the word "bright" in that song symbolized, it is know the element of light itself that that word symbolizes. Light, the very essence of all that is, is know being used against us to read our thoughts. I feel I should get a neuro-blocking helmet like magneto from the X-men series. I wonder which government backed company is developing such a thing?
